1.Rave Reading Reviews – Staff members chose books they remember reading at primary school and write reviews. Post their pictures next to their reviews in the main hallway for a couple of weeks. Then, in order to tease students to read their teachers' reviews, why not ask kids to answer questions about who said what about which book.
2. Individual student goal setting - Each student's picture is taken and placed on the veranda outside each classroom . It remains there for the length of time of their current unit of work. Students and their teachers set individual program goals at the start of every term and check at the end of the term to see if these have been achieved.
