Princess Diana’s Crashed Limousine to Be Sold for £1million

Princess Diana, 36, and her friend Dodi Fayed, 42, were killed in Paris along with chauffeur Henri Paul when their Mercedes crashed in the Pont d’Alma tunnel. The case was closed in 1999 until then the wrecked car was a subject of investigation for the cause of accident. It was reported that French owner Jean Francois Musa rented the car to Mohamed al Fayed father of Dodi Fayed. The wrecked Mercedes limousine is currently in a police pound in southeast London and will be sold by the owner for £1million!

I wonder who would pay this much for a car that is of no use. The only reason I can guess behind the deal is that the car is related to a great historical event, and of course, Princess Diana.
